Glo Lighting + Living is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and using customer information responsibly. Your e-mail address is used only when we are confirming your order or notifying you of additions, updates or news concerning our website. Glo Lighting + Living does not make your e-mail address available to any other companies. All transactions at our site are handled with the industry - standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. When you enter your credit card number and personal information into the order form it is transmitted in an encrypted manner and decoded when it is submitted to our bank processor. This provides the most secure shopping environment for our valued customers at all times.
Returns & Replacements
Glo Lighting + Living is dedicated to providing our customers a superior shopping experience and is committed to your satisfaction. We offer a 100% refund on unused, never installed merchandise, excluding any shipping and handling costs; however, we are unable to accept returns on custom modifications, such as track heads with extensions, or on any special order item (any item or style not listed on our website). Also reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee. Any discounts or free shipping applied to your original order may be deducted from your return credit, with a minimum deduction of R150. For example, if we provided free shipping on your order and you returned some items, we would issue a credit to you for the price you paid for the returned merchandise, but we would deduct the greater of what we actually paid in shipping or R150. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to Glo Lighting + Living. Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery and received by Glo Lighting + Living in new condition and in the original packaging, including outer boxes when applicable. If returned products arrived damaged or used we will not be able to provide a refund. For this reason, we strongly advise you to use an insured, trackable shipping method to return items. We do not accept returns on light bulbs. Returns require prior authorization (in the form of a RMA number) which can be requested by e-mailing sales@glolighting.co.za and items must be received by us within 10 calendar days from when we issue the RMA or you will not receive any credit for your return. Be sure to include a description of the items you would like to return, the original order number and the reason for return in your message. We cannot accept returns without an RMA, so be sure to contact us before sending anything back. Defective Glo Lighting products may be repaired or exchanged for replacements during the five year manufacturer warranty period; contact us for warranty policies of any other manufacturers we carry.

Pricing
Glo Lighting + Living makes every effort to assure the accuracy of the pricing and product information on our website. From time to time, pricing or product information may be inaccurate. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel your order. A complete refund will be made for any items that have not yet been shipped. In the event of inaccurate product information, our sole responsibility will be to accept the product return and provide a customer refund.

If you are not satisfied with something, please send it back within 48 hours of receipt and we will gladly exchange, credit, or refund the cost of the item. Shipping and handling cannot be reimbursed, so please be aware that if you are purchasing a product that has "Free Shipping" our actual shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. Damaged Goods
Any product that is received damaged must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Glo Lighting + Living will not accept responsibility for any damages not reported within this time frame. Upon receiving notification that your product is damaged, Glo Lighting + Living will file a claim with the shipper. Claims typically take 8-10 business days to process. Please do not discard the damaged product until you receive instruction from Glo Lighting + Living. After the claims process has been completed, Glo Lighting + Living will send a replacement fixture at no cost to you. Failure to follow this procedure may result in a charge for the free replacement item.

Products received with broken glass or dented shades are not considered defective. In such a case, we will provide replacement glass or shades at no additional charge. Should you wish to return a product that was received with broken glass or a dented shade, the standard return policy above will apply.

Cancelled Orders
You may cancel an order that has not been shipped unless it is a special order or customized product. Any cancellation fees imposed by the manufacturer will be your responsibility and will be deducted from any refund. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing or email by our returns department.
Defective Goods
Any product defects must be reported within 48 hours of you receiving your order. After 48 hours, Glo Lighting + Living will make every attempt to repair and/or replace your product. If you find your product to be defective, please contact Customer Service to coordinate repair and/or replacement. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive a Repair/Return Authorization. Glo Lighting + Living will be responsible for return shipping and the shipping of the replacement product and will send you return instructions accordingly. Please do not discard the defective product until you receive instructions from Glo Lighting + Living. Failure to return the defective product may result in a charge for the free replacement item. In addition, returned items that are found to be in working condition may not be eligible for a refund or may be subject to a restocking fee.

Please note that Glo Lighting + Living regret any errors or omissions that may occur. Sizes and colours could vary from the actual product.
