We Offer Fluorescent magnetic ballasts, the traditional devices that regulate the current to fluorescent lamps using electromagnetic coils and iron cores. They provide the necessary starting voltage and control the lamp’s operation but tend to be heavier, less energy-efficient, and may cause flickering or humming noise. Despite being largely replaced by electronic ballasts, magnetic ballasts are still found in some older lighting installations.
