RETURNS / EXCHANGES / DAMAGED GOODS

Returns

Glo Lighting will charge a 10% restocking fee on unused, never installed merchandise if returned. Please note that the packaging and the product needs to be in perfect condition in order for goods to be returned as the product needs to be resold as new. Please use clear tape only where there was tape before to reseal the box. If a fitting is being shipped back to us, please place the fitting in an outer box to ensure that no courier stickers are placed directly on the packaging of the original box. Any delivery charges or free shipping applied to your original order will be deducted from your return credit, with a minimum deduction of R150 per shipping box

For example, if we provided free shipping on your order and you returned some items, we would issue a refund for the price you paid for the returned merchandise less 10% restocking fee, we would also deduct the greater of what we paid in shipping or R150.

The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to Glo Lighting or we can collect the goods from you and deduct the return charges from the credit as well.

Glo Lighting does not accept returns for goods returned after 21 days
We are unable to accept returns on our imported products.

Exchanges

We will offer 100% credit for goods returned for exchange for equal or higher value than the original purchase. Please note that for goods to be accepted for exchange, the packaging and the product needs to be in perfect condition in order for goods to be returned as the product needs to be resold as new.

The customer will be responsible for the shipping charges of the new exchanged product.
Items must be returned within 21 days of delivery.

Damaged Goods

Any product that is received damaged must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
Glo Lighting will not accept responsibility for any damages not reported within this time frame. Glo Lighting will send a replacement fixture at no cost to you and retrieve the damaged product.

Products received with broken glass or dented shades are not considered defective. In such a case, we will provide replacement glass or shades at no additional charge. Should you wish to return a product that was received with broken glass or a dented shade, the standard return policy above will apply.
